Who we are
Nexora B.V., Prins Bernhardlaan 4 B, 2405 VZ Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42164592, is responsible for the personal data that reaches us through this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@nexora-online.io.
Requests through the website
If you request a demo or a quote, or register your interest as an investor, we store your name, organisation, business email address, phone number and your message. For a quote we also store the configuration you chose in the price calculator, and for investor interest your profile and indicative investment range. We only use this to contact you about your request, and record it in our own customer system for that purpose. Legal basis: your own request. Retention period: 12 months after the last contact, unless it leads to an agreement; the statutory retention periods then apply.
Statistics without cookies
We measure how the website is used with our own cookieless measurement. We do not store IP addresses and do not set cookies. To count visits within one day, we create an encrypted code from your IP address and browser with a key that is replaced every day and then destroyed; that code cannot be traced back to you. If Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, we measure nothing.
Questions to Nora
Questions you ask Nora on the website are stored without any link to you, to improve the website. Email addresses and long numbers are removed automatically. Please do not enter personal data in the Nora window.
Who sees your data
Only the people at Nexora who handle your request. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. The parties that run the website and our email for us process it only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, and you can object to its use. Email info@nexora-online.io to do so. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
